Delegate the repetitive bookkeeping load.
Nobody opens an app every early morning to label the word "Uber" on their card as "Transport Expense". The automation rules module lets you program the app's brain.
10X Scalable Efficiency
Instant Semantic Match
AI reads the merchant name and, if it detects known patterns like "Spotify" or "Pharmacy", assigns the right category and takes it off your "pending work" queue.
Forensic Retroactivity
When you create a rule (e.g. "Everything over $500 from 'LIVERPOOL' is a Postponed Purchase"), the AI can search the past and fix thousands of spreadsheet rows in seconds.
Built for bulk loads
When hundreds of transactions from your statements come in all at once, rules keep you from falling into analysis paralysis by cleaning up most of them automatically.
Logic Rules Editor
IF (When this is met:)

Manual: Routine Scheduler
Design rigid logical shortcuts for your database.
Hunting Conditions
Go to Settings > Rules and open the editor. Choose your trigger condition. It can be a specific Bank and Account, the Merchant text, the Amount (e.g. 'Always greater than 100 dollars'), or a combination using the logical statements AND and OR.
Parameterized Assignment
Specify the target blocks it will change. By default it will order the transaction to land automatically in an envelope of your established budget, tag the expense as #Subscription, or hide the transfer so it doesn't count as an expense.
The Self-Correcting Engine
From this moment on, you'll never have to sort transactions of this kind by hand again. You upload a CSV, the app swallows it, and thanks to your own custom rules the screen lights up with green checkmarks in the style of 'Magically Reconciled'.
